USE AND IMPLEMENT THE ISO 9001 REFERENTIAL
Duration 3 days
Objectives
To be able to :

  • identify the fields of application of the ISO 9001 v2000 norm, and understand its requirements,
  • define applicable criteria to each process involved in the enterprise,
  • identify each requirement’s implication on the efficiency,
  • participate to the implementation and the application of a quality management system.


Targeted people :  Target population : Personnel in charge of implementing a quality management system: company managers, chief of service and any staff with quality attributions.

TRAINING FOR QUALITY INTERNAL AUDIT

Duration 3 days
Objectives
To be able to :

  • establish and drive a quality internal audit programme,
  • carry out and follow the programmed audits,
  • check the efficiency of the process of internal audits.
Targeted people : Quality managers, executive staff, any personnel participating in quality internal audits for the company. It is required to know the principles of the ISO 9001, v. 2000 Quality management system (following the training QA/G002 can give them the appropriate knowledge for this purpose). It is also required to show good communication skills, both oral and written.

Occupational Health and Safety
WELL-BEING AT WORK AND STRESS MANAGEMENT
Duration 2 days
Objectives
To be able to :
  • make the difference between stress, depression and bullying
  • identify and prevent stressing situations, and overcome their effects,
  • master the techniques of stress management,
  • develop conditions promoting well-being at work,
  • apply the management techniques in line with a policy of well-being at work.
Targeted people : Any voluntary and motivated employee facing this issue. Executive personnel and security staff.

ENVIRONMENT
BASICS IN INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENT

Inventory of the impacts and risks
Duration 4 days
Objectives
To be able to :

  • identify typical influences of an establishment on the environment,
  • determine the risks and impacts of the establishment,
  • follow external applicable requirements (regulations, norms...)
  • choose indicators for follow-up.

Targeted people :  Personnel responsible for environment (Environment managers and/or safety, internal auditors, executive staff) Requirements: HSC level, physics and chemistry.

Objectives
To be able to :

  • place the environment approach in the company’s global strategy and define a policy,
  • identify the requirements or the environmental management system norm (ISO 14001) and point out the conditions of implementation in one’s company.

Targeted people :  Company directors, executive staff (environment managers, quality managers, production and purchasing managers, training managers…). Consultants.

PRATICE OF INTERNAL AUDITS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Objectives
To be able to :

  • knowledge: have a good knowledge of the ISO 14001 norm,
  • acquire the methodology of audits,
  • drive a practical audit,
  • acquire the experience of a practical audit on site
Targeted people :  Target population: Responsible personnel for environment, executive staff assigned to the internal audits. It is strongly required to know the Environmental Management System existing in one’s company.

DRIVE AND MANAGE A QSE PROJECT

Objectives
To be able to :

  • elaborate and define the objectives of an organisation project,
  • build up and plan the project,
  • master the implementation and the sequence of the project,
  • insert communication routines in the process of the project.

Targeted people :  Quality and/or Safety and/or Environment managers (or future QSE manager).

  • define a problem.
  • apply a simple methodical approach to solve problems in groups, while avoiding the usual pitfalls.

Tools for the analysis of occupational accidents

Objectives :
To be able to:
  • run a group work on accident analysis.
  • Analyse an incident or an occupational accident.

  • Elaborate prevention measures
Targeted people : Staff destined to moderate a group work for accident analysis.

MEASURING CLIENT’S SATISFACTION, A TOOL FOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Objectives :
Identify and select the most appropriate measuring tools.
  • Prepare and carry out a survey measuring clients’ satisfaction
  • Make use of the results and makee feed back to the concerned structures.
  • Identify ways of improvement.
Targeted people : company managers, quality managers, commercial and marketing managers.

  • Implement the principles of an efficient communication in the company

Targeted people : Anyone whose function/role implies efficient communication.

PRESENTATION AND COACHING FOR THE PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF THE HACCP METHOD

Objectives
To be able to :
  • Position the HACCP principles in the regulatory and quality context,
  • Practice the HACCP method, in order to implement it in the company.
Personnel concerné :  Quality managers in food-processing companies, or any responsible person who plans to implement or take part in an HACCP action.
